Claire's 3rd Month

Claire's third month Oct16th-Nov 16th was a lot of fun! She smiles at quite a few people especially mom and dad, laughs just a little bit, talks A LOT and sings to herself in the car and in her crib. She doesn't like her baths so much anymore. We finally figured out that if we put her to bed at the exact perfect time, before she gets too sleepy but after she's not ready yet, she goes down while she's still slightly awake and falls asleep quickly. Her favorite things to do are suck on her paci, make mom and dad hold her while standing up and bouncing, play with mom and dad, still poops out her diaper and up her back, and loves it when mommy kisses her feet and toes. She can stand with help, and sit with help, rollover onto her back from her tummy (not completely on purpose yet), she can sit in her exersaucer by herself, starting to like the doorway bouncer, wakes up and talks and sings to herself instead of cry (most of the time), and LOVES to chew on anything! Yes, not just mouth and taste, actually chew. We think she might start teething soon. But I don't want her to yet! I love her gummy smile! And just toward the end of the month, Claire is starting to let us hold her when we are sitting down! Sometimes for 20-30 mintues. She also likes to watch TV already! She has discovered herself in the mirror and enjoys talking to herself. : ) We went to the Dr for her 4 month check up and she didn't gain any weight. She is still 12lbs 12oz. But she did grow! She is 24 3/4 inches long now! She is in the 90th percentile for her height, but is just a skinny, long, little girl! She still has a little bit of cute chub on her thighs though, I think. We are having a lot of fun with Claire! We took a lot of pictures so, here they are!
