Claire's 2nd Month

Claire has gotten so much more fun! This month she has learned to smile and loves attention. She has started to talk to us by cooing and making cute gurgle sounds. She even waits for us to finish talking before she makes any sounds so we have to wait and give her a chance to talk! She sleeps between 5 -7 hours at night so I get a lot more sleep! She is also doing really well with keeping her head up while on her tummy and while we are holding her. She still loves her baths, but doesn't fall asleep during them anymore. She also likes being in her swing for a little bit and looking at the little stuffed animals on the mobile attached. At her 2 month check up she weighed 11.1 lbs and was 23 inches long! She's almost 2 feet tall already! She is long and skinny! We keep trying to get good pictures of her smiling, but we usually get it right before or right after the big smile. We'll keep trying though. We aren't quite as picture crazy as we were either, so there aren't as many as the first month. I'll try and do a little bit better for the 3rd month. 

When Claire was 5 weeks old she and I went on a trip with my parents to Utah to visit Travis' family and for Nathan's Blessing. This was taken the day before, Nathan was 6 weeks old. Fun cousins!
